missing letterbox: 11-7, Keystone Mt., CO

Has anyone found the letterbox on top of Keystone Mountain, CO called
the "11-7" letterbox recently? Last week, I'm absolutely sure I found
the tree it was supposed to be under (the directions were very easy
and clear), but alas, no letterbox.

I would appreciate any help!!!
